At Wealtime we put quality first. Quality starts with material and must be controlled throughout delivery. Our China based engineering team defines the inspection criteria to which our factory must comply.  

Production Inepection- When statistical sampling of production parts is required we will create a product inspection form to define the inspection criteria.

For OEM order, Our inspection team can go to inspection before starting production, middle production and final production. Inspecting the products before they ever leave the plant is the best way to ensure compliant products and the highest quality on every order.For exsit products, our inspect team will go to warehouse and rechecking there. the defect products will be sort out and send back to the workshop.

Corrective Action – In the event our worker does not meet the design specifications or requirements, we will issue a corrective action. This document is occasionally used after the first sample is completed. When producing the first sample there is the greatest risk of production-conformance. After carefully inspecting the product and finding any discrepancies, we will create a corrective action notifying the error and will comply to the correct specifications.
