The Difference of B2B and B2CB2B and B2C are two completely different decision models. Let's take a simple example: How long will it take you to make a decision when you go to the supermarket to buy laundry detergent, to buy stains or to buy white? It may be just a moment, and your decision will be influenced by past usage habits and advertisements. But when you go to buy a car or a house, you may spend months in a forum, listening to your wife or even your mother-in-law's advice, and carefully comparing the options. This difference is equivalent to the difference between B2B and B2C: Due to the difference between the amount and the purchasing subject, the decision cycle, the complexity of the decision, the number of people involved in the decision-making and the interest point of view are different, which makes B much more complicated than C. Is the customer only just need a form product? As we said before, the so-called needs, in fact, customers need to solve the problem and want to achieve the goal. In the C-side scenario, these problems are often relatively simple and can therefore be solved by a product; but in the B-side scenario, because of the complexity of requirements and decisions, customers need not just a specific product, but a complete set of solutions (or a fully conceptual product). As sales, if we don't know where the customer's market is, what the customer's business is, how the customer makes money, who the customer's competitors are, how do we know where the customer's pain is? How do I know how to help customers solve problems? In the same way, as a foreign trade enterprise, if B2B platform doesn't understand you at all, don't know how you get orders, don't know how your customers make decisions.. etc., and then it says it can help you "let the world have no difficult business", you dare believe it? since those problem,we just start out business platform, this platform aim to solve customers' problem ,let them know what products are they really need, and also let them enjoy services they cant have from other suppliers, this is the key of B2B business! and we are very pleased we can be such a supplier in the future ! |
